Senior Manager Internal Audit (HM-1-1) for Sri Lanka's Largest Retail Chain
Qualifications:
External Candidates (1 or 2 below):
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance Management/Business Management/Accountancy or Commerce which is recognized by the U.G.C.
Internal Candidates (1 or 2 below)
2. Completion of a minimum 05 years of satisfactory service in a post in the Management Category (MM) Grade 1, in the subject area relevant to the post.
Salary & Other Allowances:
HM 1-1 Rs. (80,295-15 x 2,270-114,345] Basic Salary: Rs. 80,295/= (In addition, allowances approved by the Government will be paid)
Other Benefits: (Transport Allowance Rs. 50,000/= and Monthly fuel allowance and Communication allowance will apply to the post according to the Government Circulars)
Age
The age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years... (The upper age limit will not apply to the Internal Candidates)
The Ideal Candidates should also
Have excellent analytical, Problem-solving, and organizing skills with the ability to evaluate, review, and interpret data and should be a highly self-motivated individual;
Possess strong leadership qualities and interpersonal communication skills;
Be able to demonstrate good IT skills;
Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
Should be of excellent moral character.
