PREREQUISITES
✔ Bachelor's place in Human coffers Management or PQHRM or original qualification from a assumed association.
✔ minimal 3 times grasp of experience as a HR professional and proven exposure in FMCG/ manufacturing terrain would be appended advantage.
✔ previous experience in ISO certified company would be a finite advantage
✔ adjustable path to working out hours and to work under pressure
Capability to work under minimal supervision with high place of responsibility.
✔ Strong Knowledge of HR places involving reclamation, hand dealings, grievance running, payroll, HRIS, T&D, interpretation operation, compliance and OHS.
✔ Superlative interpersonal and discordance- operation capacities.
retain complete knowledge in labour law and good exposure to deal with labour office.
Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office operations.
✔ Energetic with a can- do station.

✔ Close propinquity to Mirigama/ Gampaha area.
