S/ He'll give line operation, guidance, figure capacity and support staff to deliver advocacy enterprise in line with LEADS' advocacy strategy to advocate public, indigenous, and community- grounded associations groups, children, youth and community at large on Child Protection and their Rights, Reconciliation, Community Transformation and Emergency Response. This will include furnishing guidance on complex casework issues similar as child abuse and violation of other abecedarian rights. Review, observe and assay current program( cycle) practices, contribute to negotiate policy and practice changes needed at public and parochial position and make necessary enterprise to achieve the rights of children and communities
Responsible for perpetration of Inclusive education design at public position and parochial position
Contribute to perpetration and achieve set objects of Community Led Advocacy towards Child securing
Contribute to drafting of documents and other legal accoutrements
Contribute to achieve advocacy business plan targets at indigenous and public situations.
Capacity development of staff and stakeholders on advocacy strategy, and advocacy systems to insure systems are easily performing.
Work with functional staff in the field to identify crucial collaboration and protection issues that need to be raised with crucial benefactors or other agencies at quarter position and public position.
To work nearly with other design mates working for inclusive education design to insure compliance in the delivery of service
take over a range of prompting, dispatches, and advocacy conditioning to inform and convert policy makers, including members of congress, Education, Health, social services, universities, media, other private and public officers working for addition of the country.
give specialized know- style and information at educational programs, and policy reforms meeting at public and parochial position
Coordinate and maintain network of external connections with crucial individualities in the government, Ministry of Education,
Ministry of Health, NGO sector, civil society on behalf of LEADS's enterprise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in a subject related to; Law, Development Studies, Social lores, International Relations, or Reconciliation, Degree/ parchment in
disability addition or related subject rehearsing Attorney at Law is an added qualification.
Experience in community development, philanthropic response, and relief interventions projects
Experience and knowledge in advocacy, addition and education sector
Good understanding and knowledge on public position programs and statutory acts related to child rights & protection, education, regulation and leaflets.
Excellent command of English and original languages both Sinhala and Tamil
Capability to coordinate and work with different groups of people grounded in multiple locales. Capability to manage complex workloads and stressful situations.
Good particular organizational chops, including time operation, and capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
