Manager - Shipping and Logistics

• We are a recruitment company. Our client is looking for Manager - Shipping and Logistics for a reputed logistics company.

• Job Requirements & Candidate Profile:
• 
  
• ▪ BSc in Supply chain management or equivalent qualification in the Logistics field
• ▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity (Trading &Manufacturing Industry)
• ▪ Computer Literacy (MS Office Packages, ERP systems - SAP)
• ▪ Excellent communication & presentation skills
• ▪ Hands-on experience in TIEP Import & Export process
• ▪ Experience in coordinating and liaising with Government authorities including SL Customs & foreign buyers.
• ▪ Ability to multi-task and be flexible to meet deadlines
• ▪ Negotiation skills related to freight rates and services
• ▪ Must be a self-motivated person and also be able to motivate junior staff of the department.
